Delivery Information
We provide delivery services across the whole of Liverpool and beyond.
Here at Jem Centres we pride ourselves on our first class delivery service, we have a range of vehicles that are equiped to access a variety of locations, ensuring that we can meet the needs of our customers. Our experienced and dedicated team works hard to deliver your goods safely, efficiently and on time providing a reliable and professional service you can count on.

To keep our prices low, we charge a subsidized delivery charge for those customers requiring the convenience of our daily delivery service. Our flexible delivery service allows you to specify a day for delivery (T&Cs apply). All prices include fuel surcharge.

Vehicular access to your premises must allow for a heavy goods vehicles and it is the customers responsability for obtaining permits if required. Due to insurance conditions we are unable to enter private residences, therefore all deliveries will be made to the kerbside.
If a smaller vehicle is requested due to access reasons, there must be customer assistance for the driver at time of delivery.
If deliveries fall outside our local radius, please contact our sales team who will be able to help you with a costing.
We aim to deliver stock orders the following day or a day convenient to you.
Often we are able to deliver the same day locally as we have vehicles on route and can often load an extra delivery on if in your area, so its always worth a phone call to ask.

Your delivery day will be arranged upon your time of order. We cannot specify a time, but you can ask for a phone call when it is loaded on the vehicles route and the driver will give you an estimate of arrival. Please ask for this upon ordering.
